The Olive Branch Emergency Communications Center is here to respond to your emergency and non-emergency situations 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Goals

The goal of the Communications Center is to receive and dispatch all emergency and non-emergency requests to the appropriate personnel in a professional and caring manner.

9-1-1 Abuse

It is important for everyone to know the proper use of 9-1-1. Dispatchers many times receive non-emergency requests through 9-1-1 that could have been handled through the non-emergency line 662-895-4111. Knowing when and how to use 9-1-1 can save time and lives. Please check out "What is 911? " for more information on 9-1-1 use.

Emergency Business Contacts

It is important for us to have current emergency contact information for all commercial businesses.  Our communications personel need to know who to call right away. If you are a business owner or manager, please print out the Commercial/Business Emergency Contact Form, fill it out and return to the Olive Branch Emergency Communications Center. (see below)
